The biggest mistake people make is not having a plan to follow. This will fix that.

Get programming, structure and guidance from a personal trainer at a fraction of the cost. 

No subscriptions - all my plans are a one time only payment and then you have them for life to repeat as many times as you like, they're yours for life!.

GYM WORKOUT PLANS

 

  • 3 full body workouts a week

  • Roughly 45 mins to an hour in the gym

  • Optional cardio

  • Links to exercise demos

  • Strengthen, tone and get fitter

Start with plan 1 - progress to the next plan after 4-8 weeks moving in sequential order as the plans are designed to be progressive.

If you're looking for a body building plan, or looking to spend ages in the gym, these are not for you.

I designed my FIT Plans to be to help people make a sustainable, enjoyable and healthy lifestyle change rather than help with a quick fix, I know you'll get amazing results if you commit to these plans.

If  you're not sure which plan is best for you, please do get in touch with me and I can help you.

 

If in doubt about whether or not you should start a new exercise programme, please contact your GP or another health professional.

 

If you are pregnant, or have been in the last 2 months these plans will not be suitable.

 

If post natal, the post natal video plan can be done right away, after c section or vaginal birth.

 

If post natal and have been cleared to exercise then the beginner FIT plan is a great one to start with. 

If you have asthma, please make sure you have you inhaler with you for all workouts.

 

Listen to your body, if anything ever doesn't feel right, please stop and speak to a medical professional.
