​If you're looking for that extra accountability, guidance and help reaching your specific goals, and you're ready to focus and commit to reaching them, this is for you. With the attention just on you, you'll learn to move safely and effectively and have the support to achieve more than you would by yourself.

​

*Sessions will expire within 16 weeks if  doing 1 session a week, 10 weeks if doing 2 sessions a week or 6 weeks if  doing 3 sessions a week. Excluding trainer sickness or holiday.​​​​​

​​Group training is a more budget friendly option and great if you enjoy the competitiveness and motivation of training with others, but you also want more focus, accountability and help than in a group class.

​

​

* Sessions expire 12 weeks after start date, excluding trainer sickness or holiday.

I signed up for 12 weeks of 1-to-1 PT sessions with Helen on a whim - I’d been trying and failing to lose weight for six months and I was feeling really dispirited. I started working with Helen with two main goals: to fit into some clothes which didn’t anymore, and to take 2 minutes off my 5k time. Well, with Helen’s help I achieved more than I expected. I took 3.5mins off my 5k time which I was THRILLED about, I also went from thinking I couldn’t do a single push up to managing 50 on the toes in one session (albeit with lots of breaks!!). I saw some changes in my body too but honestly the biggest thing I got out of my time with Helen was she changed my perspective totally from how my body looked (and what the scales said) to how I FELT in my body. I’ve stopped obsessing over the scales and instead of focus on how I feel, what I’m capable of, and not some arbitrary number.

 

Helen is just all round a fantastic trainer - she is friendly, fun, encouraging but also knows just how to push you and get the best out of you. The sessions were varied and always interesting. I came away from every single session very tired but very pleased, always feeling like I’d achieved something and knowing I worked a lot harder than I would have done otherwise. In between the sessions, Helen also sets really helpful little mini goals and challenges e.g. a certain step count, some nutritional things to try, etc and is really communicative during the week in between sessions. I’ve got some habits for life now thanks to Helen and I’m really excited to keep going with my fitness journey with my new perspective.
