This month the reps are dropping in some of the exercises, so the aim is to go heavier again. Also, watch out for some of the tempos, which will make the exercises more challenging. If you can lift weights with slower tempos, you're going to get so much stronger, than when you go back to a regular tempo, it's going to feel breezier, and you'll be able to lift heavier.
