Gym Plan 1
First workout plan of 10. This one focuses on endurance - more reps, lighter weights and less rest.
Every plan you'll see similar or the same exercises, but the reps, sets, rest and/or tempo will change to continually see you progressing.
Make sure you track your weights and feel free to add extra notes, like how it felt or different settings you might use on various machines.
