This is the final plan! This plan adds extra sets again - if it means the plans become too long then you can always skip the last exercise in each block as that's always core, which we work in every exercise anyway. The tempos are easier, so you should start to really see how strong you are and how much you're able to lift in this plan!

 

Once done, if you repeat the cycle again from the first plan what you should notice is that you're able to do more than you could previously. And every time through, assuming no setbacks, you should progress a little bit more every time. 

 

Get in touch though if you wanted longer/shorter workouts, different structures (more or less in a week), or different splits and I can always do personalised plans for you.
