10 mins a day for 30 days challenge
I've filmed some 10 minute videos to help get people moving. These are great for anyone, and you can combine with workouts, or if you're a beginner, this is a fantastic way to start moving.
You just buy the pdf, download it, then click on the links to play the video each day, it's that easy!
The hard part, is pressing play, but once you've done it for a few days it will get easier and easier.

When you recieve the link, make sure you save the PDF to your device/devices (don't just click on the link to view). The link will expire after 30 days and if you haven't downloaded it you'll lose access to the plan.
